You’re Living in Infinite Universes—Here’s How to Jump Timelines (Seriously)
Because One Universe Just Isn’t Enough.
You are an infinite being.
Living in a universe of infinite realities.
Sounds nutty? Yeah, I thought so too a few years back.
If someone had told me I was floating through an endless ocean of universes, I’d probably be checking my coffee for a double shot of something stronger.
My first step into spirituality wasn’t through meditation or burning sage; it was through the wild world of string theory and quantum mechanics (current state: meditation and burning sage are a daily ritual, so go figure).
Imagine my surprise when physics started sounding a lot like sci-fi. Dr. Michio Kaku’s book, The God Equation, was my gateway drug to these concepts.
It’s like "The Matrix," but with more math and fewer Keanu Reeves moments.
Wild stuff.
Let’s start with the basics and then get into how you can actually jump timelines.
Yes, that's possible!
What is String Theory?
Think of our universe as a massive symphony, with each instrument being a tiny, wiggly string.
The way these strings vibrate creates everything around us—electrons, light, chocolate chip cookies… you name it!
But here’s the twist: string theory doesn’t stop at just one symphony.
There are many orchestras playing simultaneously, each with its own songs, rules, and maybe even its own version of cookies.
(Each orchestra is like a parallel reality where you exist as a different version of you.)
So, What's the Point?
Good question! You know how the universe has four main forces—gravity, electromagnetism, and two others that control how atoms stick together?
String theory tries to put them all together, like a recipe that makes sense of all the ingredients. Delicious, right?
Are There Extra Dimensions?
Simply answered—yes!
Besides the usual three dimensions of space (left-right, up-down, front-back) and one of time, there are 11 dimensions.
But most are curled up so small, they’re invisible to us—like gravity, electricity, or emotions.
Can’t see them but we know they exist.
Real-Life Analogy: Guitar Strings
Picture a guitar. When you pluck a string, it vibrates and makes a sound, like a "twang."
In string theory, these strings vibrate to create different particles.
And there are 10^500 different ways they can wiggle in extra dimensions. That’s like writing a 1 with 500 zeros after it—it’s big.
Just like a guitar string can play a rock anthem or a slow ballad, these tiny strings play the “songs” that make up everything in our universe—electrons, quarks, and more.
There are parallel universes, each created by different vibrations.
Some might have different laws of physics, or even different versions of you (one where you became a Bollywood star… or maybe that’s just me).
How to Jump into Another Version of You
Alright, now let’s get into the good stuff.
Everything in the universe is made of the same “stuff” but vibrates at different frequencies. You exist in the universe you’re in tune with. It’s like a tuning fork—one starts vibrating, and the other starts to resonate with it.
To experience a different version of yourself, you need to vibrate at that level. It’s like tuning in to your favorite TV show—you have to get to the right channel.
Your signature frequency is made up of your beliefs, thoughts, and emotions. Your emotions are the actual “energy in motion.” They stem from your beliefs, which create your thoughts.
If you keep focusing on a certain thought and attach emotions to it, you’re giving it energy. It’s like feeding a pet—if you keep feeding it, it stays alive.
It’s a loop that you can bend to your benefit or suffer from. But here’s the trick: you have to choose to choose.
Yes, it’s tough at first, but like working out at the gym, you can build this muscle over time.
When something shows up in your reality that you don’t like—don’t freak out. Remind yourself that this can change. Know that it’s not fixed or permanent. This change in your mindset raises your frequency, getting you closer to a better timeline.
The longer you can stay in a joyful state, the higher your frequency is, and the faster you’ll align with the timeline you desire.
The Law of "A Shitty Day Gets Shittier"
You'd never guess I came up with this law on the spot (yeah, I'm super clever like that).
But you know how this works. Your day starts with stepping on three stray Lego pieces (ouch).
Then, you make your morning coffee and realize there’s no milk. Now you’re forced to drink it black—yuck.
To top it off, you get a paper cut while gathering your kid’s homework.
You know you are hitting traffic on the way to work.
And your boss is going to be an ass**** today.
Why does this all happen at once?
If we let that first moment of frustration take over, our frequency dips, and everything that follows matches that vibe.
(Everything operates on frequency—just ask Nikola Tesla or read some of his work.)
I’ve been there more times than I can count. But I’ve also experienced the opposite through intention.
Storytime: Finding My Credit Card in Japan
Earlier this year, my family and I went to Japan. We’re gamers (well, I’m the wannabe), so we couldn’t miss Nintendo World in Universal Studios, Osaka.
After riding a jam-packed train (YouTube “packed train in Japan” if you haven’t seen it), standing in long lines, and finally getting in, we sat down to eat at Kinopio’s Café.
Just as I reached for my credit card, I realized it was missing. Panic set in: it was the
The cafe requires you to order and pay up front as you enter.
Just as I reached for my credit card, I realized it was missing. Panic set in: it was the only card we had left for the trip as my husband lost his at the airport on arrival.
In a matter of seconds I played out all sorts of reactions in my head most tied to a full blown freak out.
The hassle of cancelling, the fraud potential—we didn’t have enough cash to get through the rest of the trip.
But I instantly decided to try something different—not freak out.
I told myself that wasn’t going to be my reality.
We’d pay with cash at the cafe, enjoy our food, and everything would be fine.
And guess what?
An hour later while adjusting my sock at the cafe table, I felt something rectangular.
Shut the front door!
My credit card had somehow jumped out of the secret compartment near my waist, slipped down my leggings, and landed in my sock—after all that walking and theme park hopping. Sci-fi, right?!
This might seem like a small example, or maybe just a coincidence—but it’s not.
I’ve experienced this at much bigger levels: in jobs, salaries, and relationships.
When I raise my vibration, good things don’t just happen. They pull me to them.
Final Thoughts
The Law of Correspondence (not made up by me) says our outer world mirrors our inner world.
What you send out, you get back.
When you experience a change in your life, you’re jumping into a timeline where that reality exists.
And the possibilities are ENDLESS.
If you take one thing from this article, let it be this: your emotional state matters more than anything happening around you.
This state will determine which timeline you experience.
You can get better at controlling this with practice. Take breaks, nap, go for a walk, or watch something funny—do whatever it takes to feel good.
Don’t let limiting thoughts hijack your emotional energy. Master this, and you’ll master your jumps.
Remember: somewhere out there is a parallel universe where you’re the President, and Mondays don’t exist!
You just have to match that frequency, and pop—there you go!
