How To Become That Parallel You
You need to feel the difference between what you are and what you want to be.
Here is a step by step visualization technique to get there:
Sit in a quiet place, no distractions, close your eyes, and slow your breathing.
Now do this:
On a mental screen, see yourself as you are. See your day-to-day life. Get detailed. What do you do? Who do you meet? View yourself through a birds eye view.
Mentally wipe that screen—make it blank.
Replace the image with the ‘you’ from your ideal life—the person you want to be. What does the day to day look like? Create the details of what you would prefer. Some will be the same as this life; some won’t. Observe.
Now put the two screens side-by-side: the current you and the desired you.
Notice the differences.
You will notice that a big difference between the now you and the desired you is how you behave in the two realities.
Body language, attitude, what you’re wearing, your energy.
That person carries a unique signature energy: a vibration
You must be willing to be that person right now.
You can NOT experience what you are not already the vibration of.
The current you is not capable of experiencing those things in the ideal image unless you:
Act like them
Feel like them
Talk like them
Walk like them
Dress like them
Behave like them
Notice how that ideal self behaves on your mental screen.
From this day forward start mimicking that version of you
Create the vibrational energy of that YOU.
Don’t sit around waiting for your reality to change to feel and be that person.
Feel like that person now and you will pull that reality to you: you will tune into it.
Everyone’s Doin’ It
We jump timelines constantly as we are always in flux emotionally and vibrationally.
Most days, I don’t have a clue what timeline I’m in—it all feels the same because there aren’t major changes in how I’m behaving or feeling.
But then, there are those days where I know I have jumped.
People around me suddenly behave differently, things start lining up in ways I could not predict.
And here’s the correlation: when I operate with a higher self image and higher emotional vibrational state, I tune into a place where more good things exist.
But when I’m spiraling downward? You guessed it—needy, jerky, rage-inducing scenarios and people seem to find me like a magnet.
We create our reality by our energy.
When you start behaving like the version of yourself who already has what you desire, you become a match for that reality—and you tune right into it.
