Thanks Sirah for this very educational post! The 7-steps breathing technique that you described above, how do we know if we did it properly? What are the success (or lack of success) indicators?

Hi Olivia,

You should feel some pressure in your head and you push and hold your breath upwards using your core muscles.

Your forehead might pulsate and you might feel buzzing.

The extreme way of knowing is you end up with a full blown mystical blissful experience.

Like any exercise—this takes time and effort to master.
